Anda dapat membeli blitzCard Starter Pack di semua lokasi blitz. blitzCard dijual dengan harga Rp. 110.000,-. Harga ini sudah termasuk biaya administrasi Rp. 20.000,-, sehingga anda mempunyai saldo dalam blitzCard (Card Balance) sebanyak Rp. 90.000,-. Pada saat pembelian, saldo online (Online Balance) anda adalah Rp. 0,- . Saldo online anda baru bisa diisi setelah anda sudah registrasi di BCM (blitzCard Machine).

Apakah blitzCard dapat saya beli dalam jumlah banyak untuk hadiah?
Anda dapat membeli blitzCard (blitzCard Starter Pack) dengan jumlah banyak selama stock mencukupi. blitzCard dapat diberikan sebagai hadiah, namun dipastikan pengguna akhir atau blitzCard Holder agar registrasi di BCM, agar menggunakan blitzCard secara optimal.

Dapatkah saya langsung menggunakan blitzCard saya?
Harap diperhatikan: setelah melakukan pembelian blitzCard, ada 2 hal yang harus anda lakukan :

  • Registrasi di blitzCard Machine yang ada di semua lokasi blitzmegaplex. Pendaftaran ini akan mengaktifkan saldo online (Online Balance) anda, yang akan diperlukan saat anda melakukan pembelian tiket via online. Sementara itu, saldo dalam blitzCard (Card Balance) sudah aktif saat anda melakukan pembelian blitzCard. Pendaftaran ini juga penting untuk melindungi data anda saat anda kehilangan blitzCard.
  • Merubah PIN. Ketika melakukan pembelian, anda akan mendapat PIN default yang harus segera diganti demi keamanan saldo yang ada di dalam blitzCard

Apa perbedaan antara saldo kartu (card balance) dan saldo online (online balance)? Apakah keduanya dapat digabungkan?
Sementara ini kedua saldo tersebut tidak dapat digabungkan.

  • Saldo online digunakan untuk transaksi online, yaitu pembelian tiket menonton dan makanan ringan melalui website, YM, dan jalur transaksi online lainnya
  • Saldo kartu digunakan untuk membeli tiket dan makanan ringan di semua lokasi blitzmegaplex, termasuk di blitzTicketMachine/blitzCardMachine.
Anda dapat mentransfer saldo online ke saldo kartu, dan sebaliknya, lewat pilihan menu 'Transfer' di blitzCard Machine.

Bagaimana saya melakukan top up untuk menambah jumlah saldo kartu (Card Balance) dan saldo online (Online Balance)?
Ada 2 macam cara melakukan top up blitzCard :

Apa perbedaan antara masa aktif atau masa tenggang?

  • Pada 'masa aktif', blitzCard anda dapat dipergunakan secara normal. Masa aktif adalah 1 tahun dari tanggal pengisian saldo terakhir
  • Pada 'masa tenggang', blitzCard anda sudah tidak aktif lagi, namun dapat diaktifkan dengan melakukan pengisian saldo. Masa tenggang adalah 5 tahun dari tanggal pengisian saldo terakhir. Dengan kata lain, selama anda tidak mengabaikan penggunaan blitzCard anda selama 5 tahun penuh, saldo di dalam blitzCard anda masih tersimpan dengan baik.

Saya tidak bisa membeli tiket via online dan melakukan top up saldo online! Apa yang harus saya lakukan?
Pastikan bahwa anda sudah melakukan pendaftaran blitzCard anda di blitzCard Machine setelah tanggal 1 November 2010. Pastikan juga bahwa blitzCard anda masih aktif. Apabila anda masih menemui kesulitan, silakan hubungi no Call Center yang terdapat di belakang blitzCard Anda.

Saya kehilangan blitzCard saya! Apa yang harus saya lakukan?

  • Pastikan blitzCard anda sudah teregistrasi di blitzCard Machine seperti yang kami tulis di atas, sehingga anda akan mendapatkan blitzCard pengganti lengkap dengan saldo dan point yang sudah anda miliki sebelumnya.
  • Langkah pertama adalah hubungi Call Center di 021 235 80 200 untuk melakukan pemblokiran agar blitzCard anda tidak digunakan oleh pihak lain, terlebih dalam kasus blitzCard anda dicuri.
  • Langkah kedua adalah anda harus datang ke blitzmegaplex untuk mengisi Formulir Permohonan Pelanggan ( FLP )
  • Proses ini memakan waktu 14 hari kerja

Saya kehilangan/lupa PIN blitzCard saya. Apa yang harus saya lakukan?
Anda dapat memperoleh PIN baru dengan mengisi formulir permohonan (FLP) di semua lokasi blitzmegaplex. Proses mendapatkan PIN baru berlangsung sekitar 14 hari kerja. Selama menunggu PIN baru, blitzCard anda masih aktif dan dapat digunakan untuk transaksi yang tidak memerlukan PIN, seperti membeli tiket dan makanan ringan di counter, dll.

Bagaimana saya melihat saldo blitzCard saya?
Ada beberapa cara untuk melihat saldo blitzCard anda :

  • Check saldo melalui counter counter di blitzmegaplex

Harap diperhatikan bahwa jika anda tidak membawa blitzCard anda, maka kami memerlukan informasi Purchase ID dan Passkey.

Saya sudah membeli makanan ringan via online, sekarang apa yang harus saya lakukan?
Anda harus mengambil tanda bukti pembelian dari blitzCardMachine (dengan cara yang sama anda mengambil tiket anda). Bawa tanda bukti pembelian tersebut ke 'Pick-Up Counter'.

How can I get a blitzCard?
You can purchase a blitzCard starter pack at any of our blitzmegaplex locations. Look for signs that say: "Top-Up Your blitzCard Here!" or go to the blitzInfo desk. A starter pack normally costs a total of Rp. 100,000. From that amount, Rp. 10,000 is the administrative fee, and the rest (Rp. 90,000) is your Card Balance. Your Online Balance at the time of purchase is Rp. 0. Your online balance can be filled only once you register your blitzCard at the blitzCardMachine (BCM).

I'd like to buy blitzCards in bulk, as giveaways or presents. Can I do that?
Absolutely, as long as we have enough on stock at the time of your purchase. However, please make sure that the person receiving the card understands that he/she needs to register his/her card at the blitzCardMachine, for additional protection (in case of loss) and to activate the card's Online Balance.

Can I use the card immediately?
Important: As soon as you receive the card, there are two things that are very important for all users to do:

  • First, please head over to the nearest blitzCard machine and register your blitzCard. Registration activates your Online Balance, which is necessary for buying tickets online. (Card Balance is immediately activated upon purchase of the starter pack). Registration is also important because it protects you in case of lost cards.
  • While registering your card at the BCM, please also change your PIN from the default PIN you receive at the time of purchase.

What's the difference between Card Balance and Online Balance? Can't you just combine them?
Currently, we cannot combine the two. Online Balance is used for online transactions, ie. buying tickets and snacks via our website, YM, and other online channels. Card Balance is used for buying tickets and snacks at a blitz location, including at the blitzTicketMachine/blitzCardMachine. You can transfer your Online Balance to Card Balance and vice versa by using the 'Transfer' option at the blitzCardMachine.

How do I top up my Card Balance and Online Balance?
You can top-up your Card Balance directly at the blitzmegaplex top-up counter. To top-up your Online Balance, you can either transfer your Card Balance into your Online Balance using the blitzCardMachine, or top-up directly via one of our bank partners. Step-by-step instructions can be found here: http://www.blitzmegaplex.com/en/news_detail.php?id=AR201205091209578824 Important: Because data is written onto your card by means of a card reader, topping-up your blitzCard via one of our bank partners will not immediately update the active period data for your card. The dates will be updated only once your blitzCard comes in contact with a card reader.

What is the maximum balance you can keep on your blitzCard?
You can keep as much as Rp. 3.000.000 as your Card Balance, and Rp. 2.000.000 as your Online Balance.

What's the difference between Active Period vs. Grace Period?
During 'active period', your card can be used as normal. During 'grace period', the card is inactive but can still be re-activated by doing a minimum top-up. Active period is 1 year from your last top-up, and grace period is 5 years from your last top-up. In other words, as long as you don't completely abandon your card for 5 years in a row, your balance should be safe.

Where can I use my blitzCard?
blitzCard can be used to buy tickets and snacks at all blitzmegaplex locations. Once you register, you can also use it to buy tickets and snacks online. To use other facilities such as blitzIcon and others, please confirm first with the crew at each respective locations.

I'm having problems buying online/topping up my online balance! What's wrong?
First, please confirm that you have registered your card at the blitzCardMachine after 1 November 2010. Also, please check to make sure that your card is still active. If you continue to experience problems, please call the phone number located at the back of your blitzCard.

I lost my blitzCard! What do I do?
As long as you have registered your blitzCard at a blitzCardMachine as informed above, you can get a replacement card complete with your balance and points. First step is to report the loss of your card by calling (021) 235 80 200. This will allow the crew to freeze your card to prevent it from being used by someone else (in case of stolen cards). After that, you need to come to one of the blitzmegaplex locations to fill out a report form ('FLP') and to request a new card. Your existing balance and points will be transferred to the new card. The process takes 1-2 weeks. Please note: Your transaction history will not be transferred over to your new card. Also, once you got your replacement card, you will need to register it at the blitzCardMachine again, like you did with the original card.

I lost/forgot my blitzCard PIN, what do I do?
You can get a new PIN by filling out a request form ('FLP') at any blitzmegaplex locations. The process of getting your new PIN will require about 2 weeks' time. During that time, your card is still active and can be used for any transaction that does not require a PIN (ie., buying tickets/snacks at counter, blitzTicketMachine, etc).

How do I check the balance on my blitzCard?
There are several ways of checking your blitzCard balance: You can check balance directly at the counter at blitz, or via the 'Check Balance' option at the blitzCardMachine. You can also call the number at the back of your blitzCard to get your balance via phone. Specifically for online balance, you can check at the blitzmegaplex website (PIN required).

Do I need my Purchase ID and passkey? I didn't have time to write them down!
It's good to have your Purchase ID and passkey in case of problems, but you don't really need it. To collect your tickets, simply bring your card to a blitzCardMachine, put the card on the card reader, and choose 'Collect Tickets and Snacks' from the menu. Please note: If you don't have the card with you, then you do need to have the Purchase ID and passkey.

I bought snacks online, now what do I do?
First, get your collection receipt from the blitzCardMachine (the same way that you get your tickets). Then bring the receipt to the clearly marked 'Pick-Up Counter'.

Do I have to collect the snacks on the "pick-up date" listed?
Yes, and you also have to collect at the blitzmegaplex location specified.

How do I check the amount of point rewards I've accumulated?
You can check at any blitzmegaplex location (counter), or via the 'Point Reward' menu at the blitzCardMachine.

How do I exchange the points with prizes?
You can redeem your point rewards at the blitzCardMachine. You can also redeem by paying for your tickets or snacks using points at a blitzTicketMachine.

What are the prizes that I can get with my points?
The prizes vary by location. Check info for specific locations at the blitzCardMachine, or via the blitzmegaplex web site.

What's the difference between blitzCardMachine (BCM) and blitzTicketMachine (BTM) ?

You can do the following on a blitzCardMachine (BCM): You can do the following on a blitzTicket (BTM):
