blitzCard GOLD tidak dapat di beli, blitzCard GOLD berasal dari blitzCard regular yang akumulasi pemakaiannya selama 6 bulan dalam periode tertentu dengan nilai total pemakaian minimum Rp. 3.000.000,- atau lebih.

Bagaimana caranya saya dapat melihat “History” pemakaian blitzCard saya?
Silahkan menghubungi ke Call Center blitzmegaplex untuk mengetahui jumlah pemakaian blitzCard anda.

Sudah melakukan transaksi sebanyak Rp. 3.000.000, tetapi saat akan diupgrade, blitzCard saya hilang atau rusak, apakah saya masih dapat mengikuti program blitzCard GOLD?
Untuk mengikuti program blitzcard Gold ini, mengacu dengan no blitzcard yang sama. Contohnya, jika setelah pemakaian sekitar Rp. 2.700.000 ternyata blitzcard anda hilang atau patah, otomatis pemakaian blitzcard lama akan hilang dan tidak akan berpindah ke blitzcard replacement – nya/ yang baru. Mohon blitzcard anda disimpan dengan baik dan benar.

Bagaimana proses upgrade blitzcard regular menjadi blitzcard Gold?
Anda akan dihubungi oleh call center kami untuk datang ke lokasi blitzmegaplex untuk menukarkan fisik kartu blitzcard regular menjadi blitzcard Gold.

Apa saja keuntungan memilki blitzcard Gold?

Akan ada proses setelah 1 tahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret. Anda akan tetap memiliki fisik blitzCard GOLD, tetapi tidak mendapatkan privileges sebagai pemegang blitzCard GOLD.

How can I get a blitzCard GOLD for myself?
Use your blitzCard for any blitz transaction for minimum total amount Rp 3.000.000,- within 6 months, in weekly period you will be invited by phone nor email from blitz for upgrade GOLD. Upgrade GOLD at blitz location without any charges.

Can blitzCard Gold be bought?
blitzCard GOLD upgrade is by invitation only. It cannot be bought.

How can I see my blitzCard usage "History"?
Please contact the blitzmegaplex Call Center to know the amount of usage of your blitzCard. The number is on the back of your blitzCard.

I've already spent Rp 3,000,000 on my blitzCard, but then I lost my blitzCard before I manage to get an upgrade invitation. Can I still upgrade to blitzCard GOLD?
The blitzCard transaction history cannot be transferred from one card to another. If you've spent Rp. 2,7 million using one card, then lose that card, those 2,7 million transaction history will not be transferred to your replacement card, and we will not be able to tell that you qualify for an upgrade. Therefore, please take care of your blitzCard properly.

What is the upgrading process from regular blitzCard to blitzCard GOLD?
If you qualify for an upgrade, you will be contacted by our Call Center to arrange the location of your card transfer/pick-up. All you will have to do is come to the agreed blitzmegaplex location with your regular blitzCard. The upgrade process will take a few minutes.

What are the advantages of having a blitzCard Gold?

Yes. In order to maintain the privileges of the blitzCard GOLD holder, make sure you spend a minimum of Rp. 3.000.000,- over the specified 6-month-period, every year.

What if I don't keep up the "Rp. 3,000,000 in 6 months" spending?
You can keep your physical blitzCard GOLD, but the blitzCard GOLD special privileges will expire.
